Delivery & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.terraverdeeco.com. At Terra Verde, we want to give you the best experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help and the following delivery and returns policy will apply:
We want that your order reaches you quickly and in excellent condition. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone or email.
We take every care to ship your order in perfect condition. The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 7 days to return your item from the date you received it with a valid receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in unused re-saleable condition as received. Your item must be in the original packaging and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is an error from our side of a defective or incorrect product. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days and depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
